Passengers can contact Call Center for all Enquiry/Grievances/Refund Issues on KSRTC services, the Call Centre will function 24 hours.
Operational Issues (AWATAR Cell):
If the passenger faces any problem in the cancellation of tickets, the same needs to be reported by email to email@example.com
, two hours before the departure of the service. Such email shall be sent from a registered user or guest user email id only. Mails received after this time or from a different email id will not be considered for a refund.
Refunds for Online / Mobile Bookings (Accounts Dept.)
Failed Transactions (Amount deducted, but ticket not booked):
Refunds for failed transactions will be automatically credited to the user’s account within seven working days. If the refund is not received within seven days, users are requested to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
(Accounts Section) with the following details.
For registered users, OB reference no. from My itineraries of registered user account OR online user ID and transaction date.
For guest users, OB no. OR email ID and transaction date.
Guest users can verify transaction status from the link “Guest Users Ticket” on KSRTC homepage.
